Using SetNMeet

SetNMeet is a planning utility for creating routes, organizing events, sending invitations, collecting RSVPs, maintaining contacts, and producing organizer materials. Users remain responsible for their own decisions, conduct, route choices, event safety, legal compliance, vehicle condition and insurance.

Accounts and access

  • Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
  • Free and Pro features may have different usage limits. Current plan details are published on the Free vs Pro page.
  • Beta access, referral incentives and promotional pricing may have additional qualification rules shown in the applicable account page.

Routes and events

Map, route, ETA, traffic, road and place information can change. Always use current road signs, official closures and safe judgment. SetNMeet does not guarantee that a suggested route, stop, meetup location or schedule is safe, open, legal or appropriate for every rider.

Subscriptions

When mobile store billing is activated, consumer Pro subscriptions will be purchased and managed through the applicable app-store billing system. Store rules govern payment authorization, renewals, cancellations, refunds and required price-change consent. SetNMeet determines feature eligibility and earned incentives but does not bypass store billing requirements.

Privacy

Information SetNMeet processes

SetNMeet processes information needed to operate the service, such as account details, saved routes, event details, RSVP activity, contacts a user chooses to store, plan/entitlement status, beta participation, referral relationships and operational records.

Location

If a location-based feature such as a verified check-in is enabled and used, SetNMeet may request location at that moment to determine whether the user is reasonably close to the selected destination. The design does not require continuous background location tracking for ordinary route planning or check-ins.

First-party analytics

SetNMeet may record first-party page impressions, named button/link placements, clicks and meaningful conversions so the owner can understand which features and offers are useful. The analytics design does not require screen recordings, keystroke capture, form-content recording or resale of browsing behavior to advertisers.

Service providers

SetNMeet may use infrastructure and service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, Google Maps Platform, app stores, subscription infrastructure, email delivery and payment processing. B2B sponsorship payments are handled separately from consumer in-app subscriptions.

Accounting export

An optional owner-controlled accounting bridge may send summarized accounting records outbound to the owner's separate BizTracker system. It is not required for SetNMeet to operate and is designed to be removable if the app is transferred or sold.

Important disclosures

What users should know

  • Not emergency navigation: SetNMeet is not an emergency, dispatch or rescue service.
  • Third-party map data: Mapping, place and route information can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable.
  • Public content: If public-route or public-event features are enabled, information intentionally published by the organizer may be visible to other users or the public.

  • Sponsorships: Paid local sponsorships, when shown, should be identified as sponsored. Organic rider recommendations and paid sponsorship status are separate concepts.
  • Beta builds: Beta testers may receive candidate releases before general availability and are expected to report failures accurately.
